The National Safety Show opens in less just over two months
Industry awareness is mounting with more than 150 exhibitors confirmed to date. We expect this number to climb to 180+ in the coming weeks. Prize sponsors and an exciting Seminar schedule are all set, including a Keynote session from Ian Moore, of Ian Moore Architects, Sydney.
The Visitor Campaign kicked off in March with print & online advertising with our Media Partner publications and Social Media advertising (Facebook, Twitter & Google Adwords). Previous attendees of The National Safety Show, buildnz designex & Canterbury buildnz designex shows will be receiving special email and direct mail invitations. More than 22,000 direct mail invitations to register will be posted in the first week of May, with the email marketing campaign starting at the same time. In the next few weeks we will send you web buttons, printed invites and an email invite to share with your database as well. You can also download this A3 poster for placement on a retail Trade Counter or staff noticeboard.
Our PR campaign is also in full swing - if you have a great story to tell about what you're bringing to The National Safety Show please email our Press Officer Gary Bowering at firstname.lastname@example.org You can review previous press releases by clicking here>>.
We have an amazing Ford Ranger XLT Double Cab Ute to give away to one lucky visitor. All the visitors have to do is attend The National Safety Show, visit the Ford stand and scan their badge. It's an awesome prize valued at over $59,000.
We have editorial and advertising booked in a variety of trade publications in the lead up to the event including across the AGM portfolio (Progressive Building, Houses, ArchitectureNZ, Interior, and online with Selector and ArchitechtureNOW), Building Today, Hardware Journal, Rebuild Canterbury and INHOUSE, the CBANZ magazine.
We are implementing a VIP program which relies on you advising us who's a tiny bit special to your business. We will send them a personal invite on your behalf, and they will have a special VIP badge. You'll receive a letter with complete details of the program in the next couple of weeks, or email Chantelle@xpo.co.nz for details on how to add your special customers to the VIP program.
The National Safety Show is all about connecting the safety industry with customers. If you have an innovation to show at The National Safety Show send Jeff@xpo.co.nz a short description (50 words or so) with a high resolution image so we can post it to The National Safety Show Facebook page. It's a great vehicle to share news and information with targeted industry members in the lead-up to the event. If you're also active on Facebook send us your page details so we can also promote your social messaging.
We hope your other show planning is going well too. The Exhibitor Manual has a great deal of useful information, ideas and booking forms for pretty much everything you might need at the show.
Please get in touch if you have any questions in the leadup to the show.
