Applied neuroscience in the workplace: a new lens for creating change.

Traditional models of individual mental health management often struggle under the relentless barrage of 21st-century pressure. Not only is this subject one that many people resist opening up to but the mechanisms are often not if at all understood. Research has demonstrated strong links between understanding the root cause of negative thinking and successful well-being management. In this seminar, we examine how through the use of neuroscience, we may apply tools to better make sense of the confusion and ambiguity of modern-day pressures to allow us to regain control of our own thinking
