The solution for strain and sprain injury during manual handling is … Good thinking, good attitudes and good decision making … for good actions | Dwane Stuart

Dwane Stuart - Training Manager - Optimum Results

The solution for strain and sprain injury during manual handling is …  Good thinking, good attitudes and good decision making … for good actions.

For successful injury prevention “You need to get a fundamental shift of how people think, so they ‘want’ to behave safely. This is a much deeper level of commitment to safety." Old behaviours and thinking can change with a powerful ‘what’s in it for me’ benefit for the individual.

Successful behaviour change requires a process to change long held beliefs, habitual thinking and attitudes for better decision making and physical actions to bring about a reduction of injuries and accidents.

Learn about how to empower people to take responsibility for theirown wellbeing in avoiding strain and sprain injuries and potential accidents.  People will want to apply their learning on the job since they are quickly able to identify a pain-free and strain-free, safer approach when performing their work … and at home.
